What do you think about bold red lips and exaggerated black eyeliner?
If you know me well, you'll know that I'm a huge fan of red lips and black eyeliner. But this kind of make up is still not so common in Asia, youngster may accept but not elderly. Once I put on superb red lipstick in my home country, Malaysia, while hanging out with my BFF, lots of people looked at me with "weird eyes". WTH, I don't care!
I never love wearing contact lenses, as they make my eyes dry and uncomfortable. And I got no problem with my small pupils, so why needing them? A black and thick eyeliner will highlight my tiny and fine eyes, and yet looks edgy and keen. I may not have big round beautiful eyes or pretty & deep features like other girls, and so what? As long as I know the way to rock my features, and bring out their beauty.
While comes to lips colour, red or any bright colours will be my first choice.
The reasons why I love red lips:
1. Bright colour will lighten you teeth colour (especially for those who has yellowish teeth like me)
2. Red lips colour suits every skin tone, and will also brighten our skin colour.
3. Bright lips colour may make your lip looks fuller.
4. Bright colour will brings extra intensity to your look.
Makeup is like a painting, the difference is it's done on our face instead on a paper or any object. No matter what makeup you put on, you have to be confident while wearing them, as you are the one who wearing makeup, not makeup wearing you!
